Returns are possible within 14 days of delivery; email Big Dumb Fun Games on contact@bigdumbfungames.com within 14 calendar days to arrange return postage, which will be at the customer's expense. If your product is damaged upon receipt, contact us within 14 calendar days of the delivery date with a photo of the print as it arrived attached to your message and we may request our manufacturer partner to send you a replacement. Note that post-processing or altering your print in any manner will void the warranty.
